Tim Rushing was raised in Turlock California and had aspirations of being a Real Estate Agent since his late teens.  He always knew he could be successful in the real estate industry and at the age of 19 he purchased his first rental property.  His passion for real estate grew from there.  Tim was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it.  So that's what he did...and he worked hard.

Tim got his real estate license in 2001 when he realized that he had a strong desire to help buyers and sellers achieve their dreams.

As his career advanced, Tim found his stride working with sellers and buyers who were experiencing life changing events.  He is an expert in assisting families who need to upgrade to a larger home or empty nesters who want to downsize.  He has the experience to help first time buyers acquire their first major investment.
